Request a Program or Service
Please complete the following Request Form to schedule a program or service.
- Santa Clara County Fire Department participation is limited to the communities served: Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, and unincorporated communities within Santa Clara County.
- Program or Service Requests must be requested and submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance.
- Requests will be filled based on available resources.
- Firefighters remain “in service” at all times and may need to leave quickly to respond to a 9-1-1 call.
